AUSTIN, TEXAS- Nov. 10, 2022- Despite opening during the middle of the pandemic, Oakmont Food Company has stayed busy since its initial opening in the summer of 2020. Oakmont Food Company started by making its name through grab-and-go options due to COVID-19. Since the end of the crisis, Oakmont Food Company has opened its restaurant doors, and now, they’re famously known for their brunch menu among many in the Austin community.
Now, they want to expand their restaurant not just to be known for brunch but also to become an all-day everyday staple for their community. The expansion presents many new and exciting things at the Oakmont Food Company. Including happy hour, a bar, and a full dinner menu!
Their bar includes a wide variety of drinks, making it a perfect spot for happy hour with your pals. They have everything from signature cocktails like the espresso martini, which consists of Tito’s, fresh espresso, coffee liquor, and walnut bitters. Along with a watermelon spritz, which is made of Dripping Springs Vodka, house-made watermelon limeade, and agave. They also have various beer and wine options of white, red, and rose.
You don’t want to miss eating dinner at this location, along with their new happy hour and bar menu. Their dinner, primarily inspired by the concept of a shareable experience, is made of various shareable meals, each feeding up to three people. The shareable meal is not seen in many Austin food spots and presents a unique food-bonding experience with friends and family. Instead of ordering one meal by yourself, why not be adventurous with the rest of your group and order shareable options?
The Eat Drink Local Texas team loved trying out different tastes and textures as a group! We highly recommend trying out their buffalo cauliflower. However, there are many other options, like loaded Pupusas, carnitas fried rice, and Texas-style poke!
Even with their dinner and drink menu expansion, that’s not all this restaurant provides! With grab-and-go options for when you’re too busy to sit down, fresh pastries stocked daily by the chef, and healthy cold-pressed juices. The Oakmont Food Company touches upon everything needed in the community.
