With a translucent ruby center and a watery rim, this Spanish-style red blend boasts aromas of cranberry, raspberry, leather, earth, and allspice. The palate is treated to a delicate wine with superbly soft tannins, making it a great option for drinking at any time.

The winemaking process at Wedding Oak Winery starts in the vineyards. The winery works closely with its vineyard partners and walks through the vineyard rows, examining the fruit and the growing conditions. Once the fruit is harvested, the winery stewards it into great wine, which requires a bit of art and science. While there is some science involved in the winemaking process, the blending process is more of an art that involves creating the best product that consumers will enjoy.

“To me, being a part of that story is super cool," Urbanek said.
