"We want to help people create a better, healthier relationship with alcohol by offering a fun and interactive solution." says Lillian Oler, owner of Assemble Cocktail, "We shop at local markets for our ingredients, and make sure to offer cocktail lineups in our workshops that showcase what is in season."
With workshops limited to small groups and an exclusive feeling interior, Assemble Cocktail offers a unique and intimate team-bonding experience to each visitor.
